Introduction to Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrencies have become increasingly mainstream and accessible. While the underlying technology to cryptocurrencies is arguably revolutionary, individuals and criminals are finding ways to use cryptocurrencies to hide assets from their spouses, buy illegal goods & services, or concealing and laundering illicit proceeds of crime.

The objective of this introductory course is to provide participants with a high-level understanding of

(i) what is cryptocurrency;

(ii) how to acquire cryptocurrencies; and

(iii) how to store/access your cryptocurrencies.
